Shipping Policy

Carriers & Methods
All CH-AMPX orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS from our facility in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Tracking
A tracking number is generated automatically when your order ships. You will receive a tracking email and can also find shipment information under My Account > Orders.
Domestic Shipping
- FEDEX GROUND
- UPS GROUND
International Shipping
- International orders not permited also for the states of AK and PR at this time.
Lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions
Lithium-ion cells are regulated for air transport. Some shipping methods and destinations may not be unavailable due to hazardous-material restrictions. If your order cannot ship to your location, we will contact you.
Refunds & Replacements
Return Policy

30-day return policy
Eligible items may be returned for replacement or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns require prior authorization. Do not send items back without an approved RMA number.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in original condition and original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice must be included.
- All returned items may be subject to capacity and performance testing.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
All cancellations must be reported by phone or email before the order ships.

Before you submit
Do not ship items back before receiving your RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We will normally send your RMA number within one to two business days.
